You book a delivery

Enter pickup and destination cities, parcel details, and pay. Funds go straight to escrow — not to us, not to agents.

Agent collects

A verified field agent picks up from your door. You confirm the handover with a one-time PIN. The custody chain begins.

Hub receives

The agent delivers to a GSA-accredited airport handler. Another PIN. Another verified handover. Parcel is consigned on a scheduled commercial flight with an airway bill.

It flies

Your parcel travels on a regular commercial airline flight. Same planes carrying passengers. No chartered routes, no special fleet.

Destination hub

The parcel is received by the destination airport handler and transferred to a local field agent. PIN verified again.

Delivered to door

The local agent delivers to the recipient. Final PIN confirms receipt. Escrow releases. Every handover in the chain is logged with timestamp and location.

No PIN,

At every physical custody transfer — sender to agent, agent to hub, hub to agent, agent to recipient — a unique PIN must be verified. Each verification is logged as an immutable event with timestamp and geolocation. There are no exceptions.

A field agent collects your parcel and brings it to an airport hub partner — a GSA-accredited handler. The parcel is consigned on a scheduled commercial flight with an airway bill, received at the destination hub, and delivered to the recipient by a local field agent. We don't operate aircraft.
Every delivery includes insurance. Because every custody handover is logged with PIN verification, we can identify exactly where an issue occurred. Your payment remains in escrow until the matter is resolved. If delivery fails, your funds are returned.
Delivery time depends on airline schedules. For routes with multiple daily flights, same-day or next-day delivery is the target. For routes with fewer flights, expect 1–2 business days. You'll see estimated delivery windows at booking.
Yes. Field agents handle local pickup and delivery. Hub partners are GSA-accredited airport handlers. Both require identity verification through our KYC process. Sign up through the app and select your role during onboarding.
