You book a delivery

Say where it’s coming from, where it’s going, and what’s inside. Pay in the app. We hold the money — nobody gets paid until it arrives.

Someone picks it up

A rider comes to your door. You give them a short code from the app. That’s how we know they collected the right parcel.

It goes to our hub

The rider takes it to our hub in the city. That’s where parcels get onto the flight to the other city.

It flies

The parcel travels on a regular flight. You can see where it is in the app.

It lands

Our hub in the other city receives it. A local rider collects it for the last stretch to the door.

It arrives

The rider delivers it. The person receiving it enters a code to confirm they got it. Then we release your payment.

Someone picks it up from you. It flies to the other city. Someone else brings it to their door. You can follow it in the app the whole way.
Deliveries are insured. We record each pickup and drop-off, so we can see where something went wrong. If it doesn’t arrive, you get your money back.
On live routes we aim for same-day or next-day. Other routes usually take 1–2 business days. You’ll see the estimated window before you pay.
Yes. Riders pick up and drop off in a city. Hub partners run our stop near the airport. You’ll confirm your identity in the app when you sign up.
